At Experts Hut, we strive to provide a transparent fee structure that benefits both employers and freelancers. Our fees are designed to support the platform's operations and maintenance while keeping costs reasonable for all users. Please note that we have the flexibility to update our fee terms as needed, and any changes will be communicated to users in advance.


1. Employer Service Charge:


  • Employers are charged a service fee of 1% of the total project cost (excluding payment provider fees). This fee is applied to cover administrative and platform maintenance costs. For example, if a project's cost is $1,000, the employer will be charged a service fee of $10.


2. Freelancer Commission:


  • Freelancers are subject to a commission fee of 5% for each project they successfully complete through our platform. This fee is deducted from the total project cost before funds are released to the freelancer. For example, if a freelancer completes a project worth $1,000, their earnings will be $950 after the 5% commission is deducted.


3. Withdrawal and Deposit Fees:


  • We do not charge any fees for withdrawing funds or depositing funds into your Experts Hut account. However, please be aware that currency conversion may apply when depositing or withdrawing funds in a currency different from your account's default currency.


4. Fee Adjustment Policy:


  • We have the flexibility to adjust our fee structure as necessary to support platform improvements and ensure the sustainability of our services. Any changes to our fee terms will be communicated to users in advance, providing ample time for adjustment.


5. Payment Provider Fees:


  • Please note that payment provider fees, such as those charged by credit card companies or payment processing platforms, are separate from Experts Hut fees. These fees are determined by the payment provider and may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
